Hooke Park Barbeque

Extra concrete from the Crossings Bridge was poured into forms originally intended to be assembled as a pizza oven.  But the dried concrete was heavy. It could not be moved far, and hardly lifted at all.  So instead the panels have been assembled as an outdoor grill.  A happy mistake, this the best enjoyed and one of the most used structures at Hooke Park, providing hot food over an open fire any time of year.
